Company’s 45th anniversary. Aluminum can production facilities upgraded. High speed aluminum can production line #10 was put into operation.
3.5-billionth product in aerosol can since the start of company operation was produced. High speed aluminum can production line #11 and aerosol filling line #10 were put into operation.
Arnest AO is included in the “List of strategic organizations in the field of industry and trade” according to the RF Government Decree of May 10, 2020 # 651 “On support measures of strategic organizations” highlighting the strategic contribution of the enterprise to the industry development.

Arnest AO took the first place in the All-Russian competition “Exporter of the Year” in the nomination “New Geography” and the second place in the nomination “Exporter of the Year in the field of Industry” in the category “Large Business”.
The history of aerosol production in Novomoskovsk began in 1970. Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO factory was built on the basis of Novomoskovskbytkhim AK company. The production of company’s trademark “Prelest” hairspray known Russia-wide started the same year.
Growth of production. Factory production capacity reached 40 million aerosol cans a year.
Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO joined Arnest Group in August 2007. This started a new page in the history of the factory.
Setting up the manufacture of products with various content of hydrocarbon propellant helped to expand the range of products significantly and fulfill contract manufacturing orders for different domestic and foreign companies. New types of products were launched: dyes and shampoos.
Set up of plastic package manufacturing equipment, purchase of hot and cold mixing tanks for emulsification.
Production facilities for Dividik shoe care products were acquired and moved to the factory in December 2012. Shoe care product manufacturing was set up and upgraded, which became a new line of business for the company.
Joint efforts of Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO and Arnest AO to create polymer package production site. The start of insecticide production under Omag trademark in the form of fumigator plates and fluid.
Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO took part in the national project “Labour efficiency improvement and employment support” created with the support of Russian Federation government. Consulting and personnel training activities are constantly performed as part of the project. Especially notable and productive was the visit of Toyota Corporation advisor Hayashi Nampachi who provided invaluable recommendations and was impressed by their implementation.
Aerosol Novomoskovsk ООО became the owner of certificate “Exporter of Russia” and received ordinal number in the register of responsible exporters. The region’s first Factory of processes was opened at the enterprise, it is a production and training ground that allows in a short time to acquire skills in working with tools and methods of lean production.
The first in the Central Federal District and the third in Russia corporate center “Boiling Point Hi-Tech Aerosol Novomoskovsk” was opened based on Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO within the National project “Labor Productivity” with the participation of Worldskills Russia.
The enterprise launched the Russia’s first contract manufacturing of toilet blocks “Domestos”.
Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO is preparing to put into operation two new production lines for the adult diapers that will be manufactured from 70% of domestic raw materials. The project capacity of the lines is 440 thousand pieces per day.
