On May 9, the employees of the Arnest Group in Nevinnomyssk took part in the celebration of the 76th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Early in the morning, employees of Arnest gathered at the monument of Hero of the Soviet Union Timofey Nikolaevich Podgorny to honor the memory of the Hero by laying flowers, and then joined the citizens on the square in front of the Palace of Culture of Chemists.
After the solemn part and congratulations on Victory Day on behalf of veterans and representatives of authorities, the residents of Nevinnomyssk honored the memory of those who fell in the Great Patriotic War with a minute of silence. Arnest Group employees, along with the citizens, took part in a procession to the Eternal Glory obelisk and the Book of Remembrance monument to lay flowers. According to tradition, many Arnest employees came along with families and children. They carried bouquets of lilacs, carnations and lilies of the valley to the Eternal Flame to pay tribute to the soldiers who died in the name of liberating the Motherland from the Nazi invaders.
Rain and wind did not interfere with the continued celebration of Victory Day on the square in front of the central office of Sberbank. For several years, employees of Arnest AO have taken part in a concert dedicated to the Great Victory. This year, according to the tradition of wartime songs, the vocal-instrumental duet “Vizer” from Essentuki performed in front of the citizens.
Celebration of the 76th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War in Nevinnomyssk began before May 9. On May 7, the Victory Banner race took place, in which the employees of Arnest AO traditionally took part.
