Duties:

Organization of work for planning requirements of goods and materials:

• Analyze the requirements of goods and materials to ensure the production program;
• Adjusting the need for raw materials for periods when situations change in the supply of raw materials, changes in customer orders;
• Placement of orders to suppliers according to the technical and logistical parameters of orders. supply management;
• Deal with suppliers on forecasts;
• Analyze warehouse balances of goods and materials, deal with unliquid materials;
• Work on planning and management of deliveries in the “Microsoft Dynamics A” system. 

Organization of work for the delivery of goods and materials:

• Monitoring compliance with contractual conditions for the delivery of goods and materials/receiving services (delivery date, logistics);
• Interaction with the contractual party and the offices of Arnest AO in case of violation of the established contractual conditions, deviation of volumes, terms, technical or logistical parameters of orders, provision of incorrect documents when sending cargos. Informing and connecting the office of Arnest AO to the negotiation process if needed;
• Providing the necessary information/documentation for the claims management;
• Provision of a package of documents for customs clearance of goods including document translations from English (invoices, packing lists, supplier letters);
• Data preparation for budgeting.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education (priorities: analytics, mathematics, economics);
• Knowledge of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate;
• Work experience with ERP systems;
• Work experience with “MS Excel” at the advanced user level.
