On March 18, in Nevinnomyssk among the structural divisions of Arnest Group there were held competitions within the framework of the First Sports Day for the President’s challenge cup. The team building event turned into a real family sport holiday. The cup winner became the combined team of LLC Terminal and LLC Alumar, which took 1st place in the team event.
The opening ceremony was attended by the President of Arnest Group Alexei Sagal and the general director of Arnest Sergei Popov. “A wonderful tradition to hold the Sports Day was revived this year after a long break and this event is very important for the development of sport and team building at the enterprises,” Alexei Sagal emphasized.
From February 15 to March 18, 8 teams of Arnest Group competed in mini-football and volleyball. In the final day of the sports day the stands were filled with fans, the hall simply “roared” from emotions, many employees came with their families. Participants with great passion and an enviable will to win fought in the combined relay race, family starts, tossing the ball into the basketball ring, throwing a stuffed ball sitting from behind the head, standing long jump, pull-ups, darts, kettlebell lifting and tug of war. In the stubborn struggle the winner of the sports contest was the joint team of LLC Terminal and LLC Alumar.
Representatives from LLC “Aerosol Novomoskovsk” also took part in the competition. They competed in tug-of-war and then played a friendly mini-football match with the united Arnest team.
As a result of the competition, the winners and participants received diplomas and valuable prizes. Sports day was held in fair and hot-tempered struggle and topmost pulled all employees together and developed team spirit.
