On October 9-10 a district session on the project replication “Regional Standard for Providing Human Resources for Industrial Growth” was held in the Stavropol region. The event was organized by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) to promote new projects. During the district session representatives of the ASI, regional ministries and local authorities visited joint-stock company Arnest.
The event took place in Pyatigorsk and Nevinnomyssk. As part of the business program there were held seminars and round tables on topical issues of implementing the standard in the North Caucasus Federal District. The ASI delegation and the participants of the district session visited the production enterprises of Nevinnomyssk and the Nevinnomyssk Industrial College. The general director of the company Sergey Popov welcomed the guests at Arnest.
The delegates got acquainted with the production of the largest industrial enterprise in Stavropol region and aerosol-manufactured products, visited the main can and filling departments. Sergey Popov also told the guests about the educational project of JSC Arnest and the Nevinnomyssk Technological Institute (branch) of the North Caucasus Federal University – the basic department of technological processes and equipment for aerosol production. It was opened in 2015 with the aim of training qualified personnel for the aerosol industry. In 2019 the first graduates of the department will complete their studies.
