“Leaders of Russia” is an All-Russian competition for managers which is held by the autonomous nonprofit organization “Russia is the Country of Opportunities”. More than 600 thousand people from all over Russia have become its participants throughout its existence. Each of them was able to test their verbal and mathematical skills, improve their leadership and demonstrate their communication and teamwork skills.
According to Procurement and Logistics Director of Aerosol Novomoskovsk OOO Maria Ananyina the decision to participate in the competition came out of the blue. “To be honest, I was interested in the prize – an educational grant worth one million rubles. I thought “Why not?” and applied. I didn’t have any serious intentions or high expectations regarding the competition”, said Maria Ananyina.
Nevertheless, as of today Maria has successfully passed all online stages of the competition and is preparing to perform live at the competition final which is taking place in Moscow on the 16th-17th of December. The participants of the super final, who will compete for the main prize, will be determined based on the results of this event. All employees of Aerosol Novomoskovsk and Arnest Group companies support Maria and wish her victory. Without any doubt the employee’s participation and entry to the final of All-Russian competition of this level is a pride for the company!
