Vladimir Vladimirov, Governor of the Stavropol region, Vladimir Guryanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arnest JSC, President of the Stavropol Business Communities Association of Employers of the Region, and Tatyana Chechina, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Region, signed a tripartite cooperation agreement.
The new document will be valid in 2019-2021 and will determine further joint measures to improve the situation in the regional labor market. Before signing the cooperation agreement, the Governor of Stavropol noted that thanks to the interaction of the three parties the regional unemployment minimum rate was reached, thousands of new jobs were created, investment growth in 2017 was 12%, for 9 months of this year – 6%.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arnest, JSC, President of the Stavropol Business Congress, Vladimir Guryanov emphasized that the main goal of the agreement is a balance of interests of employers and workers represented by trade unions, which is entrusted to the authority of the state. It is very important that these relations are regulated in a civilized manner, within the framework of the negotiation process, and the current document sets this framework.
