The Ministry of Energy, Industry and Communication of Stavropol region hosted an awarding ceremony for the winners of the competition “Engineer of the year 2021 of the Stavropol Region”. Leading design engineer (for equipment repair and upgrade) of technical re-equipment and production and construction supervision department of Arnest AO Olga Voloshenko was awarded a 2nd degree certificate in the nomination “Industry Innovator” of the contest group “Professional Engineers”.
Engineers in the field of industry, energy, agriculture and digital technologies from Stavropol region participated in the competition. The best specialists were awarded by the Minister of Energy, Industry and Communication of the Stavropol region Ivan Kovalyov and the deputy minister Dmitriy Makarkin. The winners were selected in the following nominations: “Industry Innovator”, “Lighthouse of Power Industry”, “Shock Worker of Agricultural Sector” and “Best Performer of Digital Industry”.
“When I found out about the competition “Engineer of the Year of Stavropol Region” I decided to take part in it with management permission. I wanted to test my abilities, so I filled in the necessary forms and wrote about my work experience and professional achievements over the past five years. Participation in such competitions is always very interesting and exciting. I received a 2nd degree certificate and it was a pleasant surprise for me. I want to thank the organisers of the competition for the opportunity to participate and the members of the competition committee for high assessment of my work”, Olga Voloshenko said.
In 2008 Olga participated in the Russian competition “Engineer of the Year” in the nomination “Engineering Ingenuity of the Young” and she was included in the register of professional engineers of Russia after the first round. We congratulate our colleague for a prize-winning place in the regional competition and wish her new achievements!
