An official opening ceremony of “Hi-Tech Boiling Point Aerosol Novomoskovsk”, which is the first in Central Federal District and the third in Russia, took place on September 16. Aerosol Novomoskovsk is among 15 Russian companies, which were qualified for establishing flagship corporate centre as part of the National Project “Labour Efficiency”, main aim of which is to motivate workers for labour-saving activities.
The event was visited by the Minister of Industry and Trade of Tula region Vyacheslav Romanov, Director of Industry Development Fund of Tula region Dmitry Pronin, Head of Novomoskovsk administration Alexey Biriulin, Head of “Hi-Tech Boiling Point” Network Polina Bikbulatova and representatives of Federal Competence Centre, WorldSkills Russia, companies and organizations from all regions of the country.
During the official opening ceremony of the new workspace the Minister of Industry and Trade of Tula region awarded the winners of the regional stage of the contest “Best Mentoring Practices”. The winner’s certificate in the nomination “Labour Efficiency Mentoring” was awarded to Aerosol Novomoskovsk team, whose members Victor Cheglakov and Ilya Abdalin will represent Tula region at the federal stage of the contest.
“Boiling point is the place where the community of innovators is established and new work formats are developed, which allow the employees to fulfill their inner potential. There are no standard lectures and simple seminars in “Boiling Point”, modern formats prevail here: project and strategic sessions, workshops, mentoring practices etc. The aim of “Hi-Tech Boiling Point” at Aerosol Novomoskovsk is to organize within the company a supportive motivated team of innovators understanding the strategic value and challenges of the future enterprises and able to improve business efficiency in various directions and increase labour efficiency”, Head of “Hi-Tech Boiling Point” Network Polina Bikbulatova said.
Opening program of “Hi-Tech Boiling Point Aerosol Novomoskovsk” included various topics and all visitors were able to find the interesting one for themselves. The speaker of Moscow Skolkovo Management School Pavel Bilenko explored the topic of searching and implementing new technological solutions for production units. Dmitry Ognev (speaker of TEKORA company) explained in detail the tools for development of labour-saving activity and FCC trainer Dmitry Isupov delivered a practical course in SMED.
After exciting work on various topics, the visitors gathered for World Café during which they were able to share their impressions of the day and suggest the lines of further development for “Aerosol Novomoskovsk Hi-Tech Boiling Point”. These suggestions are particularly important since “Boiling Point” is created not only for team work of company employees, but also for expanding the cooperation with strategic partners and like-minded enterprises in order to create the image of a future enterprise.
