The General Meeting Held to Hear Reports and Elect New Officials of the Association of Employers of Stavropol Territory “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” under the authority of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs was summoned in the Government of Stavropol Territory Headquarters on October, 10th. Key participants of the meeting were Executive Vice-President of RUIE Alexander Murychev, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Stavropol Territory – Minister of Region Finance Larisa Kalinchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Government of Stavropol Territory Irina Kuvaldina, Vice-President of RUIE for the North Caucasian Federal District, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Arnest” Vladimir Gurianov, President of the Association of Employers of Stavropol Territory Vasiliy Travov, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Stavropol Territory Tatiana Chechina and officials representing public authorities and business.
At the meeting results of the performance of “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” in the reporting period were considered and deemed to be fair, the Restated Charter was approved, tasks of social and private-public partnership development in Stavropol Territory were reviewed, a draft of three-party agreement between the Government of Stavropol Territory, the Federation of Trade Unions of Stavropol Territory and the Association of Employers of Stavropol Territory “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” for 2019-2021 years was accepted.
Members of the Management Board of “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” elected at the meeting have become representatives of largest companies operating in the Stavropol Territory, among them PJSC “Sberbank of Russia”, PJSC “VTB Bank”, PJSC “Rostelecom”, JSC “Concern Energomera”, JSC “Arnest”, as well as representatives of small-sized and medium-sized enterprises involved in different economic sectors of the region.
On the part of JSC “Arnest”, a member of “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, President of JSC “Arnest” Aleksey Sagal was elected a Member of the Management Board. Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC “Arnest” Vladimir Gurianov was appointed President of the Association of Employers of Stavropol Territory “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” for a 5-year term. At the same time he will serve as Vice-President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs for the North Caucasian Federal District as before.
Vasiliy Travov, who has served as President of the Association of Employers of Stavropol Territory “Business Circles Congress of Stavropol Territory” for the last 23 years will still take an active part in the Association activity in the capacity of Honorary President and a member of the Management Board.
