By order of the Russian Federation Presidential Executive Office a task team on development of industry and trade within the Coordination Council under Presidential Envoy to North-Caucasus Federal District was established. Vladimir Guryanov, the Chairman of Board of Arnest AO, the Chairman of Council coordinating RSPP (Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs) branches in North-Caucasus Federal District, Vice-President of RSPP, President of Regional Employers’ Union of Stavropol Region “Congress of business communities of Stavropol Region”, also joined the task team.
The task team was established for effective cooperation and coordination of actions of federal government bodies, government bodies of RF constituent entities located in NCFD and other interested organizations in the field of industry and trade. The task team also included Vladimir Nadykto, Assistant of the Presidential Envoy to NCFD, Vitaliy Khotsenko, Director of Regional Industry and Project Management Department of the RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, employees of the Presidential Envoy’s Office, Heads of executive bodies in NCFD, Heads of regional employer’s unions in NCFD, representatives of the expert community.
